What You'll Do

• Build & Ship: Develop robust, scalable REST APIs and backend services using modern .NET and C#.
• Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and QA to deliver seamless end-to-end features.
• Optimize: Design efficient database schemas, optimize queries, and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure high availability.
• Maintain Quality: Champion clean architecture principles through thorough code reviews, writing robust tests, and maintaining technical documentation.
• Supercharge with AI: Seamlessly integrate AI coding assistants into your daily workflow to accelerate feature delivery, automate boilerplate, and refactor legacy code.

What You Bring (Required)

• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
• Core Stack: Strong, hands-on proficiency in C# and .NET / .NET Core.
• API Design: Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs (or gRPC) and working with microservices architecture.
• Databases: Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORMs (Entity Framework Core).
• The AI Edge: You are a highly effective power user of AI coding tools (such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude) to multiply your productivity, debug complex issues, and write better unit tests.
• Testing & Quality: Hands-on experience with backend testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, or Moq).
• Tooling: Familiarity with Git workflows, cloud basics (Azure/AWS), and modern CI/CD practices.
