Senior Backend Software Engineer (C++ /.NET)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate engineer to design, develop and maintain high-performance backend systems that power our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable backend systems.
• Enhance existing systems and support the adoption of new technologies. 
• Follow best practices in development, testing, and code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
• Document systems and share knowledge with the team. 
• Ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in C++ (Windows & Linux) and C#.
• Experience in .NET Core, WCF, WebAPI (advantageous).
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server (2016/9) and advanced SQL.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (TFS, Git) or MS Team Foundation Server.
• Knowledge of message queue technologies (RabbitMQ, Kafka, ActiveMQ) is a plus.
• Familiarity with SOLID, KISS, TDD, DDD, and Clean Code practices.
• High attention to detail, strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and deliver within processes.
