Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Tech Lead-Frontend to join their team and lead the development of responsive, high-performance web applications.
You will architect modern front-end solutions, mentor engineers, and build intuitive user experiences that drive impact.
Broad Areas of Responsibility
- Develop responsive and interactive web applications using React.js and/or Vue.js.
- Convert UI/UX designs into high-quality reusable front-end components.
- Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs.
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, accessibility, and usability.
- Work closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product teams.
- Maintain clean, readable, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Debug and resolve front-end issues.
- Follow front-end development best practices, coding standards, and secure development practices.
- Use agentic frameworks/Al-assisted development tools to support front-end development activities such as component generation, code refactoring, test generation, documentation, and issue resolution.
- Review, validate, and refine Al-generated code to ensure it aligns with project architecture, coding standards, security expectations, and maintainability requirements.
Person Profile
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 7+ years solid industry experience.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior team members, and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
- Experience with REST API integration.
- Understanding of component-based front-end architecture.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Pinia, Vuex, or Context API.
- Knowledge of modern front-end build tools such as Vite, Webpack, npm, or yarn.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, scalable, and reusable code.
- Practical experience using agentic frameworks, Al coding assistants, or Al-assisted development workflows for front-end development.
- Ability to use agentic tools responsibly for tasks such as Ul component creation, code improvement, test case generation, documentation support, and productivity enhancement.
- Ability to critically review Al-generated code and ensure correctness, security, performance, and maintainability before implementation.
Work Shift: (SL/IST TIME) Straddle 3:00 PM - 12:00 PM
Work Week: Monday to Friday
