Tech Lead - DevOps

Key Requirements

• Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, IT, Systems, or Networking.
• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, networking, IT, or telecommunications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience leading DevOps teams.
• Solid understanding of systems, networking, and software fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with Unix-based operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with scripting and automation tools such as Bash, Ansible, Python, and Terraform, as well as programming languages and frameworks such as Java, Angular, React, and PHP.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, SonarQube, Kubernetes, Docker, and source control management (SCM) tools
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Hands-on experience with one or more cloud platforms.
• Ability to maintain and manage database management systems (DBMS).
• Hands-on experience with system and network security practices, including DevSecOps.
• Excellent understanding of Scrum and Agile practices.
