Technical Lead – Full Stack

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Full Stack to lead the design and development of scalable, distributed enterprise applications for a global organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications.
  • Architect scalable and highly available solutions.
  • Break down requirements into technical tasks and provide technical direction.
  • Conduct code and architecture reviews.
  • Ensure high standards of coding, testing and engineering practices.
  • Mentor developers and provide technical guidance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
  • 6+ years of enterprise software development experience with team leadership.
  • Strong experience with Java, Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs and Microservices.
  • Full-stack experience with JavaScript/ES6, Node.js, React, React Native and/or Angular.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, HTTP, Linux and application architecture.
  • Experience designing scalable and highly available applications.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure, Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git, Agile/Scrum and testing/TDD.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.
