We Are Designers is on a mission to drive massive digital transformation! We are assembling a dream team for an upcoming, highly impactful, large-scale enterprise modernization initiative. We are looking to transition thousands of users to modern, digital-first communication and collaboration platforms, completely redefining how large organizations operate.

You will provide the critical technical backbone, deployment configuration, and operational support for a massive rollout of enterprise collaboration services.

• Technical Deployment: 2+ years of experience in the technical deployment and configuration of cloud-based enterprise platforms.
• Operational Support: Proven track record providing reliable Tier 2/3 operational support for collaboration services and Al tools.
• Certifications: Holding relevant platform technical certifications is highly desirable.
