Job Description

SOW:

Required Tools and Materials

  • Laptop with RJ45 port (or RJ45 adapter)
  • Tested and functional console cable
  • One spare console cable (Must be tested)
  • Laptop with TeamViewer, Microsoft Teams, or other agreed remote support tools pre-installed, tested, and ready for use
  • Laptop must have licensed window
  • Labelling machine

Scope of Work

Perform pre-checks, assist with the migration, validate services afterward, and help troubleshoot if necessary.

  • The ISP has installed new demarcation points.
  • Use the 5m and 10m Cat6 cables to connect the new demarcation point to the router.
  • Remove the existing cable from the router and replace it with the new cables.
  • Please take clear photos before and after the replacement and share them.
  • After patching, check and confirm that the connection is working properly.
  • If there are any connectivity issues, contact the client's remote support team for troubleshooting.
  • A laptop with an RJ45 port may be needed for diagnostics.

Completion Requirements

  • Submit a soft copy of the signed SVR after completion of the activity.
  • The case will remain open until the signed SVR has been received.
