WE'RE HIRING: IT Support Technician

Weblook International (Pvt) Ltd. | Colombo 07 | Full-time

Since 1997, Weblook has been building software that helps businesses go global. Today we run 10 in-house products serving 1000+ brands, including Cartinno, Saptivo, Voxinnova and SaaSBeds. We're looking for a hands-on IT Support Technician to keep our team and our clients running smoothly.

What you'll do

  • Provide first-line technical support to staff and clients by phone, email and remote session
  • Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, network devices and office systems
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, email and connectivity issues
  • Support hosting, domain and business email setups for clients
  • Assist with cloud phone system (3CX/PBX) and POS hardware setup and support
  • Log, track and follow up on support tickets until they're resolved
  • Maintain IT asset records, backups and basic security practices

What we're looking for

  • Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1+ year in IT support or help desk (freshers with strong skills are welcome to apply)
  • Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, and basic networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers)
  • Working knowledge of Linux and Windows Server
  • Familiarity with web hosting, Plesk or cPanel is a plus
  • Clear communication in English and Sinhala
  • A patient, customer-friendly attitude and a knack for problem solving
