IT Support / System Administrator

Are you an IT professional based in or around Batticaloa with strong hands-on troubleshooting experience?

Waterlily Labs is looking for an IT Support & System Administrator who can provide reliable technical support for our remote team and farm operations.

The role will primarily be remote, with at least 2 days per week working from our Waterlily farm, depending on operational requirements. The position will also involve occasional visits to the farm to set up, maintain, and troubleshoot IT devices and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, networking, routers, switches, and connectivity issues
• Set up and troubleshoot CCTV and Wi-Fi camera systems
• Provide technical support for computers, laptops, printers, and other devices
• Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure VMs, and Hyper-V
• Assist with installation, configuration, system resets, upgrades, and IT equipment setup
• Maintain and troubleshoot the farm’s IT infrastructure
• Support employees with hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Assist with maintaining system security and reliability

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on IT troubleshooting skills
• Good knowledge of networking and connectivity troubleshooting
• Practical experience with Wi-Fi, CCTV, IP cameras, routers, and related equipment
• Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
• Knowledge of Azure and Hyper-V is an advantage
• Ability to independently identify and resolve technical issues
• Willingness to work from the Batticaloa farm at least 2 days per week
• Candidates based in Batticaloa or nearby areas are preferred
