The Role

• Provide technical support for computers, printers, networking devices, CCTV systems, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, operating systems, and network systems.
• Troubleshoot system, network, internet connectivity, and hardware-related issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including system security and data backup processes.
• Support users with software applications, email systems, and general IT-related inquiries.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV camera systems, NVR/DVR devices, and related security systems. Maintain inventory records of IT equipment and ensure proper documentation.

The Profile

• G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification.
• Diploma or certification in Information Technology, Networking, Hardware Engineering, CCTV, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support or technical support roles.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with CCTV systems, routers, switches, Wi-Fi configuration, and structured cabling.
• Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office applications, printers, and basic network administration.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
