Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, deploy and support our ERP products and supporting tools
  • Provide training to Customers to use our products effectively
  • Software testing from an operations perspective
  • Release deployment
  • Production incident trouble shooting
  • Co-ordination with all internal teams

Skills/Requirements

  • Excellent client interaction abilities
  • Should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A degree /diploma in IT or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized institution Knowledge in MS SQL would be an advantage
  • Ability to work towards deadlines/milestones
  • Highly motivated and able to work as part of a team
  • 01 year experience in hospitality / Finance domain will be an added advantage
