Pro Trainers Hub is looking for a motivated and energetic IT Support Engineer to join our team in Colombo 05.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of IT support experience who is looking to grow their career while working across diverse technologies and business environments.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Windows troubleshooting and end-user support
• Network troubleshooting and connectivity support
• Printer and peripheral device support
• Wi-Fi Access Point configuration and troubleshooting
• Microsoft 365 administration and user management
• Hardware and software installation, configuration, and support

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Systems Support
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Added Advantage

• Social media management experience
• Canva or graphic design skills
• Video editing and content creation capabilities
