IT Support Engineer

Exciting on-site opportunity at one of our client locations.

Candidate will be responsible for:

  • Installation, set-up and resolving of hardware and software in end user
    desktops, laptops and printer.
  • Administration and First level support.
  • O365, email, internet and Cloud solutions.
  • Maintenance and management of servers and backups.
  • Infrastructure First level support and coordinate with services providers in case of troubleshooting.
  • Network Equipment's Wi-Fi Network Maintenance Microsoft patch update and its complaints level.
  • Coordination with group IT, head office IT management for various IT initiatives and their execution
  • Manage & supervise site support associates including preparing rosters.

Required qualifications & skills:

  • HND/Diploma in any IT Related field.
  • Minimum 1 Year experience.
  • Experience in IT support, ideally in hospitality or service industries.
  • Should be able to work on weekends and other holidays when required (Support as backup resource)
  • Should possess a motorbike and valid riding license
  • Be flexible and work under pressure.
