IT Assistants (24/7 Roster Basis)

Job Description

We are looking for passionate and motivated IT Professionals to be deployed at our client site.

Candidate will be responsible for:

• Provide first-level IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and end-user devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, email, internet, and other business applications.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and authorised software.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors for issue escalation and resolution
• Deliver prompt, professional, and customer-focused IT support to hotel staff and users.
• Respond to on-site IT requests while maintaining excellent communication and service standards.
• Assist with system updates, antivirus maintenance, and routine IT health checks.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Fresh graduates or candidates looking to start a career in IT
• Basic knowledge of hardware, software & troubleshooting
• Willingness to work on a 24/7 shift basis
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
