Associate Engineer - IT Support

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Associate Engineer - IT Support to join our IT Support team. In this hybrid role, you will be the frontline for technical support across our branch network, resolving user tickets, and maintaining hardware and software. Additionally, you will play a hands-on role in critical infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level IT support by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Deliver IT support to branch locations and perform preventive maintenance to ensure business continuity.
  • Create and maintain IT knowledge base articles, standard operating procedures, and system documentation.
  • Assist in the deployment and support of IT infrastructure projects, including server, storage, and network environments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and ongoing system reliability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or Junior Systems/Network Administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, enterprise applications, networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, switching, routing), and patch management.
  • Exposure to Nutanix, Huawei, ManageEngine, Palo Alto, Aruba, or AS400 technologies will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and experience in SOC/NOC environments is desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
