Associate – IT Support

We are looking for an Associate – IT Support to provide technical support and assist in maintaining our IT systems, networks, infrastructure, and user access. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a good understanding of IT systems and networking, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and maintaining company IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
  • Monitor servers and systems to support smooth operations and minimize downtime
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues
  • Manage user accounts, access permissions, and basic IT security requirements
  • Perform system backups, updates, and routine maintenance
  • Provide technical support to employees and internal departments
  • Maintain IT assets, documentation, and system records
  • Provide IT support for the gaming platform and coordinate with Development and Operations teams
  • Assist in ensuring data security and compliance with company IT policies

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support or administration is preferred
  • Basic to good knowledge of networking, servers, hardware, and software
  • Good understanding of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and network monitoring
  • Knowledge of Windows systems, system security, backups, and updates
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT assets
  • Good English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to IT issues
  • Ability to work effectively with Development and Operations teams
  • Experience in a gaming platform, BPO, or fast-paced IT environment will be an advantage
