We are looking for a passionate AI/ML Engineer to join our growing technology team and help us design, build, and deploy intelligent solutions for real-world business applications.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, train, and deploy AI/ML models using Python.
  • Build solutions using Machine Learning, Deep Learning, LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, and RAG.
  • Develop AI-powered agents and automation solutions for business workflows.
  • Integrate AI capabilities into web applications, software products, and enterprise systems.
  • Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze datasets for model development and evaluation.
  • Develop APIs and backend services to integrate AI models into production applications.
  • Work with databases, data pipelines, and cloud-based AI infrastructure.
  • Implement model testing, monitoring, versioning, and continuous improvement.
  • Optimize AI solutions for accuracy, scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Work closely with software engineers, product teams, and clients to understand requirements and deliver practical AI solutions.
  • Research emerging AI technologies and contribute new ideas to CreativeX projects and products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, ML, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience or strong hands-on project experience in AI/ML.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Practical experience with ML/Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
  • Understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, NLP, embeddings, and vector databases.
  • Familiarity with AI agents and workflow automation is an advantage.
  • Experience with REST APIs, backend development, databases, and data processing.
  • Knowledge of Git, cloud platforms, and deployment practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • A genuine interest in learning and experimenting with emerging AI technologies.

Location: Rajagiriya, Sri Lanka

Work Mode: On-site

Salary - 130000 - 180000

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
