We are looking to transition thousands of users to modern, digital-first communication and collaboration platforms, completely redefining how large organizations operate.

You will maximize the value of existing platform investments by breaking down barriers to adoption and driving digital-first habits across institutions.

• Post-Implementation Strategy: 3+ years of experience focused specifically on postimplementation adoption strategy and usage maximization.
• Targeted Interventions: Specialized ability to assess low user maturity, identify adoption barriers, and implement targeted coaching.
• Culture Shift: Proven success in shifting organizational culture from paper-based to digital-first using the latest tools and technologies.
