Wisdom RecruitmentS is pleased to partner with an innovative, growing IT firm based in Australia to source top-tier emerging talent in Sri Lanka.

We are seeking a dynamic, analytical, and highly motivated Management Intern. This position is an excellent launchpad for ambitious undergraduates looking to bridge the gap between academic theory and practical corporate strategy in a global, fast-paced technology framework.

This is a full-time, 100% remote internship for a minimum duration of 6 months. You will gain hands-on exposure to international business operations, project management, and corporate planning, working directly with senior leaders across borders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily operational management, Markeing, Sales tracking project timelines, and coordinating between various internal and international development teams.
  • Conduct market research, analyze business metrics, and compile comprehensive reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Help document business workflows, operational policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Prepare professional presentations, meeting minutes, and corporate communication materials for executive reviews.
  • Contribute to ongoing business development and process optimization initiatives within the tech ecosystem.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Markeging, International Business, or a closely related field from a recognized university or professional body.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a strong corporate etiquette suitable for working with Australian corporate clientele.
  • Tech Savviness: Proficiency in modern productivity tools (such as MS Office/Google Workspace) and quick adaptability to digital project management software.
  • Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • High level of self-discipline and reliability to perform effectively in a 100% remote working setup.
