We Are Designers is on a mission to drive massive digital transformation! We are assembling a dream team for an upcoming, highly impactful, large-scale enterprise modernization initiative. We are looking to transition thousands of users to modern, digital-first communication and collaboration platforms, completely redefining how large organizations operate.

You will guide a massive organizational culture shift, designing strategies and delivering training to ensure the successful adoption of new cloud communication suites.

• Strategic Leadership: 5+ years leading Change Management and User Adoption for large-scale IT projects, mainly using cloud-based communication suites.
• Qualifications: Must hold a recognized Certification in Change Management methodology.
• Multilingual Enablement: Extensive experience designing and delivering training for diverse organizational user groups in English, Sinhala, and Tamil.
