Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support daily IT operations and end-user requests.
• Help with system maintenance, backups, and IT documentation.
• Participate in new system implementations and upgrades.
• Coordinate with internal teams for IT support and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

• Higher National Diploma in IT, Diploma in IT, or an Information Systems certificate in the relevant field
• Understanding of computer hardware and troubleshooting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and take on new challenges.
• A team player with a collaborative attitude
