We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to analyze a problem, troubleshoot using logs and manage databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret code functionality while efficiently navigating and debugging application logs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Manage databases and write SQL queries.
  • Handle production backlogs and communicate effectively with clients.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in similar capacity. • Knowledge in configuring and managing databases.
  • Proficiency in Java and SQL.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A team player with strong communication skills.
  • Ability in managing the production backlog while maintaining clear and effective communication with clients.
  • Good knowledge in UNIX/Linux.
