We Are Designers is on a mission to drive massive digital transformation! We are assembling a dream team for an upcoming, highly impactful, large-scale enterprise modernization initiative. We are looking to transition thousands of users to modern, digital-first communication and collaboration platforms, completely redefining how large organizations operate.

You will lead the pilot implementation of a digital communication platform,
managing resources and driving digital transformation for over 7,000 users.

• Production Experience: 5+ years managing large-scale IT programs (500+ users), with 3+ years directly in digital transformation and/or cloud-based collaboration platform deployment.
• Certifications: Must hold a recognized Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
• Leadership: Proven experience managing high-level stakeholders, resource allocation, and project risks.
