Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

SANKARAA Tech, as Oracle NetSuite’s preferred partner, is a top cloud business application, implementation, and support service provider.

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate NetSuite ERP implementation projects. This role is critical to ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, from initiation to post-go-live support.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues in a proactive manner.
  • Ensure adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings, progress reports, and executive updates.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business analysts to deliver solutions aligned with client expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and delivery frameworks.
  • Support internal process optimization and contribute to team development and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an ERP Project Manager is MANDATORY..
  • Proven track record of successfully managing 3 full-cycle ERP implementations.
    PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of business functions such as Finance, SCM, CRM, or Manufacturing.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
