About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager Intern based on Sri Lanka to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, helping to plan, coordinate, and deliver software projects. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing software lifecycles and working closely with engineering and product teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements
- Help document software specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate with developers and designers to ensure smooth project execution
- Assist in tracking project progress, timelines, and milestones
- Help facilitate team meetings and stand-ups
- Contribute to QA testing and ensuring products meet quality standards
- Communicate updates to stakeholders effectively

Professional experience is not required, but a strong sense of leadership and organization is essential.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
