Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of projects while adhering to predetermined timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Participate in the identification and management of project risks and issues.
• Help maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
• Support the project team in daily administrative tasks.
• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
• Support the analysis of business processes and identify opportunities for improvements.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of business cases for IT projects.
• Help in the creation and maintenance of documentation for business analysis processes and solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers and IT teams to ensure requirements are met.

Requirements

These are the requirements that we expect from you

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong interest in business process improvement and technology solutions.
• Good understanding of information technology and its application in solving business problems.
