Sales Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Sinhala, between 20–30 years of age, and comfortable communicating with prospects, following up consistently, and supporting overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through calls, messages, and follow-ups.
• Understand customer needs and explain our programs and services clearly.
• Maintain regular follow-up with leads and support the enrolment/sales process.
• Keep accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and daily/weekly updates.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets with consistency and professionalism.

Candidate Profile

• Language: Sinhala (speaking and understanding must be strong).
• Tamil: Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.
• Age: 20–30 years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Personal qualities: Resilience, patience, motivation, confidence, and adaptability.
• Ability to handle customer questions, objections, and follow-ups calmly and positively.
• Self-driven, positive attitude, and willingness to learn and improve.

Preferred Background

• Prior experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or lead handling will be an added advantage.
• Basic ability to use a computer (Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, email, or simple CRM tools) to update records.
