Automation Engineer (Business Process Automation)

We’re Hiring: Automation Engineer (Sri Lankan Applicants Only)

Key Requirements

• Strong, production-level Python skills, with experience developing automation logic and deployable services.
• Proficiency in SQL, using MySQL and/or Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience building and deploying containerized applications and services.
• Ability to translate complex business and engineering processes into clear, automated workflows.
• Ability to learn and work with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Container Apps, Azure ML
• Studio, and Azure Al Foundry. Training will be provided where required.
• Strong collaboration skills to understand requirements from network/RF, transmission, power, and civil engineering teams.
• Exposure to telecom engineering processes, including radio network planning and network capacity upgrades, would be an advantage.
• Experience with machine learning, anomaly detection, or statistical inference would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Power BI-including DAX, Power Query, and semantic models-or Tableau is preferred.
• Familiarity with PySpark, ETL/ELT pipelines, Delta Lake, or Medallion Architecture would be beneficial.
• AWS knowledge or certification and experience developing configurable, multi-tenant software products would be added advantages.
