Key Responsibilities
- Driving projects to the finish line — on time, on budget, and on quality
- Building detailed work plans that map out every activity and user story needed to get the job done
- Presenting project schedules to senior leadership and key stakeholders, and getting everyone aligned
- Turning plans into action — documenting everything along the way so nothing falls through the cracks
- Living and breathing agile scrum: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retros, and keeping JIRA backlogs and progress reports airtight
- Regularly checking in with the team to make sure the work meets the bar
- Handling risks and conflicts like a pro — because something will always come up
- Managing change requests and keeping documentation up to date throughout the project lifecycle
- Keeping stakeholders in the loop with clear, timely status updates
- Making sure every new team member is properly onboarded before diving into project work
- Helping us level up our IT project management practices as we grow
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree, ideally in Computing, IT, or a related field
- Solid experience managing web applications (bonus points for e-commerce and WordPress projects)
- At least 3 years as a Project Manager, with 5+ years total in software development projects
- Hands-on experience running short-term projects in a fast-moving, project-based enterprise environment — you know how to hit the ground running
- A genuine passion for agile methodology and keeping your team aligned with it
- Strong grasp of the full project development lifecycle, start to finish
- Great communication and people skills — you can talk to developers and execs with equal ease
- A PMP / CSM / PMI-ACP certification is a nice-to-have
- A true team player with sharp attention to detail and solid judgment calls
