Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering IT projects, ensuring milestones, timelines, budgets, and project objectives are achieved.
  • Monitor project progress, maintain project documentation, and prepare regular status reports, risk logs, and project updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and timely completion of deliverables.
  • Support project governance activities, including change management, compliance reviews, project audits, and post-implementation evaluations.
  • Track project risks, issues, and action items while ensuring effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT project coordination, project support, or junior project management.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum, with proficiency in Jira, Microsoft Project, Freshsales, Slack, or similar tools.
  • Strong communication, organizational, documentation, and time management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • CAPM certification or equivalent project management certification, experience in a PMO environment, and exposure to ERP, CRM, infrastructure, or software implementation projects will be an added advantage.
