What You'll Do

As a QA Intern at CreativeX Technology, you will contribute to ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products throughout the development lifecycle.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Review product specifications, user stories, and requirements to understand expected system behavior.
• Design and document comprehensive test cases, test scenarios, and test data based on functional and technical requirements.
• Perform manual testing across web and software applications to identify functional, usability, compatibility, and performance issues.
• Execute test cases and accurately document test results.
• Identify, investigate, and report software defects with clear descriptions, screenshots, severity levels, and detailed steps to reproduce.
• Track defects throughout their lifecycle and collaborate with developers to verify fixes and perform regression testing.
• Assist in creating, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts.
• Gain hands-on experience with tools such as Selenium and JMeter.
• Perform regression, functional, integration, and exploratory testing when required.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to improve overall product quality.
• Support continuous improvements to QA processes, documentation, and testing standards.
• Stay up to date with emerging QA methodologies, automation tools, testing frameworks, and software development technologies.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of software development and software testing principles. (Mandatory)
• Familiarity with Manual Testing, Selenium, and JMeter. (Mandatory)
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Understanding of test cases, test scenarios, defect reporting, regression testing, and functional testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
