Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum certifications are advantage

Work Experience:

  • 4+ years' experience managing business transformation and/or technology projects.
  • Exposure to Sales, Marketing, CRM, Data, Analytics, or Revenue Operations projects.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Coordinate stakeholders across business, technology and external implementation partners.
  • Drive requirements gathering, process design, implementation governance and change management.
  • Identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure projects deliver measurable business value.
  • Translate executive strategy into structured project plans and successful execution.
