Business Analyst / Project Manager Intern – Internship

Job Description

CyphLab (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a motivated Business Analyst / Project Manager Intern to join our team and work on real-world software, mobile app, and AI projects.

This is a paid internship designed for candidates who are interested in both Business Analysis and Project Management and want to gain practical industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze client requirements
• Conduct client discussions and clarify project requirements
• Create user flows, feature lists, and basic project documentation
• Coordinate with development, UI/UX, and QA teams
• Manage project tasks, timelines, and milestones
• Track project progress and provide regular updates
• Assist with client communication and project delivery
• Identify project issues and help coordinate solutions

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of Business Analysis and Project Management
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Basic understanding of software development processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow deadlines
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced technology environment
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Notion, or similar will be an advantage

Internship Details:

• Paid Internship
• First 4 months – Remote
• After the first 4 months – Hybrid work arrangement
