Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Technologies, Enterprise Systems, or Digital Transformation are an added advantage.

Work Experience

  • Hands-on experience with Claude and Anthropic AI technologies.
  • Experience driving enterprise AI adoption and transformation initiatives.
  • Proven experience integrating AI solutions with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Experience establishing AI governance, security, and responsible AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Claude Platform Adoption & Optimization by supporting the setup, configuration, governance, and enterprise-wide adoption of Claude Teams while identifying high-value AI use cases.
  • Advise and Support MCP Integrations across enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Gong, ClickUp, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other approved applications, ensuring secure and scalable implementation.
  • Provide AI Strategy & Technology Guidance by evaluating emerging AI solutions, recommending suitable technologies, and identifying opportunities for productivity, automation, and knowledge management improvements.
  • Develop Internal AI Capability through coaching, mentoring, training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer to build expertise in Claude administration, governance, and ecosystem management.
  • Establish AI Governance & Responsible AI Practices by defining policies, security and privacy standards, operating procedures, adoption metrics, and success measures for sustainable enterprise AI usage.
