About the Role

We are seeking a mid-level, experienced analytical Finance Consultant to provide financial guidance, strategic planning, and business advisory support to the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial performance, improving financial processes, preparing reports, and supporting management in making informed business decisions. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Finance Fit-to-Standard workshops and solution design
• Drive data migration and financial reconciliation
• Configure GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets
• Support integrations (banking, payroll, external systems)
• Support and continuous improvement post Go-Live

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Information Systems, or related field
• 3+ years ERP Finance consulting experience
• Proven delivery in IFS Applications or IFS Cloud
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R)
• Experience in data migration, reconciliation, and Go-Live support
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Relevant IFS certifications preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
