What You'll Do

• Understand client needs and translate them into Odoo workflows
• Support setup, configuration, testing
• Document requirements and prepare
• Help troubleshoot user issues
• Work with technical and business teams

What We're Looking For

• Basic knowledge of accounting & business processes
• Interest in ERP systems & Odoo and user training
• Strong communication & analytical skills
• Organized and detail-oriented functional specs
• Willing to learn and work in a team
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems or related field is a plus
• Odoo/ERP exposure is a plus (not required)
