Odoo Functional Consultant

Job Description

Cygnus One (Pvt) Ltd, an Odoo Silver Partner in Sri Lanka, is looking for a talented and motivated Odoo Functional Consultant to join our growing ERP implementation team.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from clients
• Conduct business process studies and prepare solution documents
• Configure and implement Odoo ERP modules
• Prepare Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) and project documentation
• Conduct user training, UAT sessions, and go-live support
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Provide post-implementation support and customer guidance
• Implement and support Accounting, Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and HR processes within Odoo ERP

Qualifications & Requirements

• Fully or Partly Qualified in CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, ACCA, AAT, CMA, or a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, IT, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Accounting and Financial Management principles
• Experience in ERP implementation, Business Analysis, or Accounting Systems will be an added advantage
• Good understanding of business processes such as Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, or HR
• Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client interactions
• Knowledge of Odoo ERP will be a distinct advantage
