About METEOR

METEOR is a Dubai-based creative agency working with clients across real estate, hospitality, lifestyle and F&B. We produce high-quality video content, social media campaigns, photography and design for some of the most exciting brands in the UAE and beyond. We are now building our Sri Lanka production team — a group of talented, AI-empowered creatives who will work alongside our Dubai team to deliver outstanding work at scale.

This is not a remote freelance arrangement. You will be a full METEOR team member, employed under METEOR Sri Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, with a stable salary, structured career progression and direct access to senior creatives in Dubai.

The Role

This is a unique and forward-thinking role at METEOR. As an AI & Content Specialist, you will sit at the intersection of creative production and AI-powered workflows. You will use cuttingedge AI tools to generate content, build automation workflows, support every other role in the Sri Lanka team and help METEOR stay ahead of the curve in how we use technology to deliver outstanding creative work.

You will also produce AI-generated content in your own right — voiceovers, video scripts, written content, AI imagery and more — and act as an internal trainer, keeping the whole Sri Lanka team current on new tools and techniques as they emerge.

This role suits someone who is genuinely passionate about AI, technically curious, creative in their thinking, and excited about being at the frontier of how creative agencies operate.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Using Claude, ChatGPT and other LLMs to produce scripts, briefs, copy and content at scale
  • Generating AI voiceovers using ElevenLabs for video and social content
  • Creating AI avatar and explainer videos using HeyGen and Synthesia
  • Building and maintaining workflow automations using Zapier and Make between Monday.com, Google Drive, Slack and other platforms
  • Using Midjourney, Adobe Firefly and DALL-E to generate imagery for campaign concepts
  • Supporting video editors, designers and social planners with AI-assisted outputs
  • Running monthly internal AI training sessions to upskill the wider Sri Lanka team
  • Researching and evaluating new AI tools, presenting recommendations to the Dubai team
  • Helping to build and maintain prompt libraries and AI workflow documentation in Monday.com

What We Are Looking For

Essential

  • Genuine hands-on experience with AI tools — this is not an entry-level role for someone curious about AI, it is for someone already using it professionally
  • Strong working knowledge of Claude, ChatGPT or similar LLMs for content production
  • Experience with at least one AI video or voice tool such as HeyGen, ElevenLabs or Synthesia
  • Ability to build basic automations using Zapier or Make
  • Strong written English — you will write copy, scripts and prompts daily
  • A creative mindset combined with technical problem-solving ability
  • Ability to explain tools and workflows clearly to non-technical team members

Desirable

  • Experience with Midjourney, Adobe Firefly or other AI image generation tools
  • Background in content creation, copywriting or digital marketing
  • Familiarity with API integrations or basic coding
  • Experience training others on software or tools
