About METEOR

METEOR is a Dubai-based creative agency working with clients across real estate, hospitality, lifestyle and F&B. We produce high-quality video content, social media campaigns, photography and design for some of the most exciting brands in the UAE and beyond. We are now building our Sri Lanka production team — a group of talented, AI-empowered creatives who will work alongside our Dubai team to deliver outstanding work at scale.

This is not a remote freelance arrangement. You will be a full METEOR team member, employed under METEOR Sri Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, with a stable salary, structured career progression and direct access to senior creatives in Dubai.

The Role

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Colombo-based production team.

You will design across a wide range of formats — social media graphics, carousels, story templates, brand assets, advertising creatives and campaign visuals — for clients across the UAE and international markets.

You will work closely with our Dubai-based Head of Creative, who will brief you, set the visual direction and review your work before it reaches clients.

This role suits someone who is confident working at volume without compromising quality, has a strong eye for brand consistency, and is excited about the role AI plays in modern design workflows.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Designing social media content including feed posts, carousels, stories and reels covers
  • Creating brand-consistent advertising creatives for Meta, Google and outdoor campaigns
  • Producing digital and print-ready assets across multiple client brand guidelines
  • Using Adobe Firefly, Midjourney and Canva AI to accelerate concept generation and execution
  • Adapting templates and creating variations quickly for A/B testing and platform requirements
  • Managing multiple client projects simultaneously and delivering to internal deadlines
  • Uploading completed work to shared folders for Dubai team review via Monday.com
  • Maintaining consistent file naming and asset organisation across all client folders

What We Are Looking For

Essential

  • Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in an agency setting
  • Expert-level Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills
  • Strong understanding of social media formats and design requirements across platforms
  • Proven ability to work within and adapt to existing brand guidelines
  • High attention to detail with a strong sense of layout, typography and colour
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively under pressure
  • Strong written English for daily communication with the Dubai team

Desirable

  • Experience with Adobe InDesign for layout and print-ready work
  • Familiarity with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney or Canva AI
  • Motion graphics experience in After Effects or similar
  • Portfolio demonstrating social media design, brand work and advertising creatives
