Creative Content Creator / Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description

We're looking for a Content Creator / Digital Marketing Specialist to help plan, create, and grow our content across social platforms, and support marketing for the clients and productions that come through our studio. This is a hands-on role. You'll be shooting, writing, posting, and tracking what works, not just planning campaigns on paper.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute a content calendar across social platforms.
• Create short-form video, graphics, and copy for social and marketing use.
• Track engagement, reach, and growth, and adjust strategy based on results.
• Support lead generation and marketing efforts alongside the core production team.

What We're Looking For

• Strong instincts for what performs on social platforms. Show us, don't just tell us.
• Comfortable shooting and editing content yourself, not only directing others.
• Some experience with content calendars, scheduling tools, or basic analytics.
• Based in or able to work on-site in Colombo.
