Project Manager (Scrum Master)

Job Description

Softvil Technologies is looking for an experienced Project Manager (Scrum Master) to join our team and drive successful Agile project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed project plans.
• Track project progress and manage scope and schedule changes.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, roadblocks, and dependencies.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure user stories are clearly defined, estimated, and prioritized.
• Provide regular project status updates to management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Agile Project Management.
• Exposure to SAFe implementation.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related field.
• Master's Degree is an added advantage.
• SAFe, PMP, or CSM certification is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of risk identification and mitigation.
• Technical background and business domain knowledge will be highly advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong commitment to quality and successful project delivery.
