Senior MySQL Database Administrator

We’re looking for an experienced Senior MySQL DBA to join a modern product engineering environment and take ownership of database performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

Key Requirements:

  • 6+ years of hands-on MySQL DBA experience
  • Strong expertise in AWS Aurora RDS (MySQL)
  • Query optimization, indexing & execution plan analysis
  • Backup, recovery & disaster recovery
  • AWS RDS, VPC, Security Groups & IAM
  • Monitoring with CloudWatch, PMM or similar tools
  • DocumentDB experience is a strong plus
  • PostgreSQL experience is an added advantage
