General Manager - Delivery

Blue Lotus 360 provides Al-native cloud ERP that accelerates digital transformation for enterprises across the globe.

We're looking for a high-calibre delivery leader who is anchored in client success to head our core delivery engine. You'll lead our implementation teams, sharpen our execution frameworks, and drive the growth of the delivery organisation as we scale internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Delivery Governance: Lead multi-tier, cross- border ERP rollouts, ensuring every project delivers to scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Client Success Ownership: Own the full post-sale lifecycle driving platform adoption, workflow stabilisation, and measurable business ROI for our clients.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Bridge engineering teams, enterprise clients, and steering boards with strong communication and negotiation skils.
  • Strategic Project Governance: Standardise and continuously refine our delivery methodologies to reduce project risk and accelerate time-to-value
  • Business Process Re-engineering: Help clients transform legacy processes and adopt Al-enabled best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of progressive, senior-level experience managing full-lifecycle global ERP deployments (eg., SAP, IFS, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Solid academic background, strong professional ethics, robust risk management and project management skills, and a proven ability to build
    and lead teams.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other recognised project management certifications would be an added advantage.
