Assistant Manager - IT

Job Description

Kosmo Group, a leading Sri Lankan agribusiness group with a diversified portfolio spanning animal nutrition, poultry farming, breeding, laboratory services, and chicken processing, is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT professional to join our team as Assistant Manager - IT.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably with experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Experience in ERP systems, networking, server administration, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure management.
• Knowledge of database management, system integration, and IT project management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem- solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, software, and IT security.
• Support ERP implementation, system integration, and continuous improvement of business processes.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of IT systems across the organization.
• Oversee database administration, data backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity measures.
• Coordinate with departments to identify technology requirements and implement suitable IT solutions.
• Manage IT vendors, service providers, budgets, and IT-related projects.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and internal controls.
