Job Profile:

• Fully responsible to administer the Microsoft 365 platform/Active Directory infrastructure, supporting user groups in 3 countries
• IT support to users on all forms of IT infrastructure related matters and ensure the achievement of SLA's
• Design, implement and administer the LAN/WAN infrastructure with HA architecture
• Required to ensure compliance of IT assets to company SMS policies & intellectual property requirements
• Develop & maintain a technology road map that supports evohing organizational needs & technology trends
• Manage ICT staff in daily IT operations, ensure training needs are identified & drive technical & soft skills development of IT staff

Candidate Prerequisites:

• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Networking, IT Security or equivalent
• Product certifications from Microsoft (MS-102/SC-3001, Fortinet (NSE 4), Cisco (CCNA) would be achantageous
• High level of professionalism, integrity and ownership
• Good cross functional management & communication skills
