We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Associate - Server Engineer to support server infrastructure operations and maintenance. The role involves monitoring, optimizing, and troubleshooting server environments, ensuring system stability, performance, and availability. Candidates with strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn new technologies are preferred.

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain game server performance and uptime
  • Troubleshoot server-side issues and implement fixes
  • Assist in deployment and scaling of game servers
  • Work with development teams to improve backend performance
  • Ensure server security and data integrity

Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).
  • Familiarity with Linux/Windows server environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Understanding of server architecture is an added advantage.
