IT Infrastructure & Network Engineer

JOB Summary 

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated with expertise in Microsoft 365, server administration, network engineering, and cybersecurity solutions. If you are passionate about technology and enjoy working in a dynamic IT environment, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 (Office 365) services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory.
  • Configure, maintain, and monitor network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks.
  • Implement and manage cybersecurity solutions such as Endpoint Protection, EDR/XDR, Email Security, SIEM, and Firewall Security.
  • Perform server migrations, cloud migrations, backups, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
  • Provide Level 1 /Level 2/Level 3 technical support to clients.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and system diagrams.
  • Participate in IT projects, deployments, and infrastructure upgrades.

Requirement and skills

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum Experience working within an MSP (Managed Service Provider), BPO, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Corporate IT environment will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Certified in Microsoft certifications.
  • Strong knowledge of latest Windows Server versions.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration
  • Hands on experience in Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID
  • Hands on experience in Hyper-V and VMware Virtualization an added advantage.
  • Hands on experience in TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing & Switching
  • Firewall Administration (Sophos, Fortinet, SonicWALL, Cisco, etc.)
