Senior IT Administration Engineer

Bizworks International is looking for an experienced Senior IT Admin Engineer to lead escalations, mentor junior staff, and drive enterprise IT operations for a US-based client, fully remote from Sri Lanka.

What you'll be doing:

  • Escalation point for complex L1/L2 technical issues
  • Microsoft 365 & Active Directory administration
  • Email security, identity & user access management
  • Support for legal industry applications at advanced level
  • Mentoring junior engineers & providing technical guidance
  • SLA reporting, incident reviews & process improvements
  • Upholding confidentiality and data access standards

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year in IT administration or technical support
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory & endpoint security
  • L2/escalation environment experience
  • BPO, MSP, or client-facing IT role experience (advantage)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to work US time zone or shift-based hours
