Are you a recent graduate or final-year undergraduate in IT or Computer Science?

Bizworks International is looking for a driven Junior IT Admin Engineer to join our growing remote team supporting a US-based client in a structured, international work environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • L1 & L2 support for Microsoft 365 services
  • System monitoring & incident management
  • Email security & user access management
  • SharePoint, Teams, Exchange & collaboration tools
  • Maintaining SOPs and internal documentation

What we're looking for:

  • IT, Computer Science, or related degree (fresh graduates welcome)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 & Windows environments
  • Strong written & spoken English
  • Availability to work US time zone hours
  • Reliable internet & a quiet remote work setup
