IT Support Engineer

Are you an IT professional with 1–2 years of hands-on experience looking for your next opportunity?

We're expanding our team and seeking a motivated IT Support Engineer who is passionate about technology, customer service, and solving real-world IT challenges.

This is not an internship. We are looking for someone who has already gained practical experience and is ready to take the next step in their IT career.

What You'll Be Doing

  • End-user IT support and troubleshooting
  • Microsoft 365 administration and support
  • Device deployment, configuration, and management
  • User onboarding and account administration
  • Hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
  • Working alongside experienced IT professionals in a dynamic environment

We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or a similar role
  • Experience supporting Windows devices and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
